Primogem income guide
Banner hype is a marketing system; your income is a number. Track the number, apply two rules, and the FOMO stops working on you.

Quick answer
Know your daily income, convert everything to pulls, and never start a banner without the deficit math: pulls needed (from the pity calculator) versus pulls affordable (from the planner). If the gap can't close in time, the decision is already made — skip and bank the guarantee.
Track income honestly
- Log your currency after each patch cycle once — most players overestimate income by ~30% from memory.
- Count event income only when its dates fall before the banner deadline; future events are hopes, not income.
- Welkin/monthly passes and battle passes are real income — add their daily share if you already own them [NEEDS DATA: exact per-day values per game].
The two rules that do the work
- The two-guarantee rule: a guarantee costs up to 180 pulls. If you can't hold that when the banner starts, you're not pulling the agent — you're pulling a coin flip and calling it a plan.
- The skip-and-bank rule: a skipped banner converts its entire budget into a guarantee for the next one. Guarantees are the only thing in gacha that compounds.
Where income actually comes from
- Dailies/commissions — small, boring, compounding. The floor of every budget.
- Events and patch content — lumpy and deadline-bound; the biggest swing factor.
- Spiral Abyss / memory-style endgame — skill-gated income: improving at the game literally pays.
- One-time new-content drops — huge for new/returning accounts, then gone. Don't build a lifestyle on them.
